If we talk about the requirements, the candidates who apply, he must be having a JD, Doctoral Degree from a US-recognized law institute. He must be having a license in at least one US state. He must be having 3 years legal experience preferably in Web3 or a high-growth tech startup.
He must be skilled in contract, equity, deals, regulatory, compliance, risk management, and employment relationships. He must be having strong written and oral communication skills in English or preferably in other languages. He must be having a business-oriented legal mindset with the ability to grow and work for the wellness of the organization.
