Duties

1. He must establish the legal function and international processes to develop a friendly environment which must be successful as well.
2. He will advise execution leadership on legal risk and compliance according to the policies.
3. He will build a scale able legal infrastructure from scratch.
4. He will manage board minutes, resolutions, shareholder agreements, and policies with the employees as well.
5. He will ensure the compliance with the government policies as well.
6. He will manage draft update the content of the agreements.
7. He will develop a contract lifecycle and repository and time-to-time will update the values.
8. He will create and maintain the compliance programs Manage the intellectual property protection as well as employment regulations.
9. He will act as the company’s lead for data privacy and legal compliance with the government policies.
10. He will regularly monitor the company’s policies as well as the government update in the policies to compile with them.

Main Needs

He must be having strong written and oral communication skills in English or preferably in other languages.
